Head Chef - He's our gentle giant and also our language expert. Whip up a conversation with him in French, Arabic, English, Hindi or Portugese and see him respond in them all.

Banquet Manager - Also known in our team as Mr.Proper! You'll always find him extremely neat and proper but don't forget to notice the twinkle in his eye when he greets you.
Jessa
Cafe/Restaurant Manager - Extremely warm and hospitable, she'll be your friendly face when you go to grab your coffee or drink. Don't be surprised if ever you hear her humming by herself, this girl can sing!
